heal mpls More Than a Café.
more like A Spirit-Led Holistic Healing Movement.

HEAL MPLS was created from lived experience - not theory.

From survival mode.
From burnout.

From the need for a space that felt safe, nourishing, and real.

What started as a vision to feed people better became something deeper:

A place where food, healing, and community could exist together -
without judgment, without exclusivity, and without disconnect from culture.

WHAT WE’VE BUILT

Since 2018, through our foundation with The Zen Bin, we’ve been building a multi-ethnic, multi-generational healing community rooted in accessibility, culture, and care.

We’ve held space for:

  • shared meals

  • healing circles

  • movement and breath

  • honest conversations

Because we believe healing happens in community -

not isolation.

OUR APPROACH

We started as a fully plant-based café.
And that foundation still guides everything we do.

But we listened to our community and evolved.

Today, HEAL is:
90% vegan. 10% halal.

100% intentional.

We focus on:

  • from-scratch meals

  • whole ingredients

  • culturally inspired flavors

Because healing should be both effective and enjoyable.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Food is medicine.
Community is the cure.
Healing is our birthright.
Access is our standard.

We believe:

  • healing should be accessible -not exclusive

  • culture belongs in wellness spaces

  • rest is necessary, not earned

  • and no one should have to stay in survival mode

WHAT WE BELIEVE

HEAL is a space where you can engage in multiple ways:

  • Weekly meal prep + café offerings

  • Herbal teas, tonics, and wellness products

  • Tea & Therapy, yoga, and healing experiences

  • Community events and cultural gatherings

Come for what you need.

Stay for what you didn’t know you were missing.

HEAL MPLS was founded by Sierra Carter - a community builder, creative, and healing practitioner.

After navigating her own journey of survival, rebuilding, and self-discovery, she created HEAL as the space she once needed.

A space where people could:
feel safe
be seen
be nourished
and begin again

What started as a café is now growing into a movement.
